Windows, no one bother's making viruses for mac cause no one knows what Mac is.
Pc, why do you pay more when the specs are the same. Besides, pc can become a mac.

for versatility, ill go for PC. For performance, ill go for mac.
To say that a mac has virtually no viruses is like saying that a beggar doesn't get robbed. Pointless.
If an OS is trivial, hackers will not waste time coding a virus for it. Viruses need to propagate into a wide population. Guess how many MACs are in the population? Not much. You don't gather fame by exploiting the lesser OS. You design something malicious (for your personal satisfaction and ego) that cripples "millions" of networks and users not by exploiting the few who will most likely have no idea what's going on.
I hope you do your research before you dwell on the myth that Macs don't get viruses. They do and they already had. The fact remains is that no one is interested.
For power users I'd go with a PC. For convenience and simplicity I'd go for mac. Macs were designed by job "for the average user to use". That has always been their goal since its inception.
