    cost per hectare (maintenance)
are you referring to a price/hectare or operating cost sum-up with maintenance? if you ask about the price/hectare, then it all depend if the land is well irrigated. Sa amoa ang usa ka hectare with irrigation, tenant & titled land it cost 1KK - 1.5KK from a broker and if you are going to buy a vast of land then the price/hectare is much cheaper

    sacks per hectare(havest)
there is no simple answer to this?, # of sacks per harvest/hectare dependent on rice variety, planting, fertilizing, water supply, climate & etc. If you insist for a figure, you can start with 120 sacks/hectare on a normal planting to harvesting and water supply are well taken off.

    time required before harvest
It boil down to rice variety, if my memory serve me right a mean of 130 days with a min of 120 days & max of 140 days from different rice variety. Try to search google for further info.

    price per sack
a bit tricky for a trader, price subject to weather condition & law of supply & demand. Late February price range from 430 Php - 440 Php per sacks (tipasi) then mid of march supply saturated the market so it drift to 410 Php - 430 Php then as supply start to diminished it spike up to 450 Php - 470 Php.

    asa i baligya ang harvest(NFA?)
if you like to settle for a less price then NFA is suitable on your case. If you are looking for a market price then sell your throughput to the rice trader. Don't put much worry for this subject, there is such thing as canvasser. He/She will take care your product at a rice price.

    posible income per hectare
    best condition so far............. 160 (sacks) X 470 Php = 75,200 Php

    Hope it helps.........

bro, unsay basis nmo ani? tnx
