ako lng tambag Papi TS...try to enrol on TESDA or any Upgrading Skols na naa ka certificates..
kung if your in sa programming ECE ka..C++ dghan mn cgro sa cebu na mo hatag certificates..
or sa hardware..TESDA or sa bsta credited na upgrading skols...as in dako kaau nag tabang..
even if daghan kag hagbung..mkita mn nila na your doing your best to cover all you failures
pag colg...and I'm 1 of it..bsta Papi TS...Okay ra...Mada rana..pero Okay ra mada rana ^_^

Fresh Grad ba ka TS...

If FRESH GRAD pa ka... Antos nalang muna WORK anang COMPANY na muDAWAT nimu even HUGAW imu TOR... But kelangan RELATED sa imu DEGREE imu WORK... Bahala na GAMAY SWELDO...

Stay lang even a YEAR or TWO...
PangEXPERIENCE lang muna...

Then after ana... APPLY ka to HIGH PAYING COMPANIES or ABROAD... DI na muMATTER imu TOR ana... ang EXPERIENCE na ilang TAN.AWN ana...

Whenever you will be ASKED ngano naa ka mga 5.0 grade...
Be HONEST lang... Tell them why you dropped the SUBJECT... Give GOOD REASONS... They will UNDERSTAND... And make that WEAKNESS into a STRENGTH...

Just tell "them I wasn't able to cope up due to too many responsibilities I handled(or whatever reason) but I understand MORE and able to Digest everyting when I took the subject again... I believe it doesn't matter how I failed, but it's HOW I DEDICATED MORE and COPE UP MATTERS MOST... It's how I finished what I started..."

ive got a lot of failed subject but i got hired as an IT manager in hotel bro.. and to think im a nursing graduate with no degree in computer and my subordinates are all IT graduates.. i didnt know anyone at the company.. i just showed up and applied and they said can you build our server so i did and its running great... and my pay isnt bad at all.. so to sum it all up dili nah sa grado daugon bro.. its just the way you talk with the interviewer or bosses.. grades may affect their decision but if you did good on your interview they will give you a shot

grades doesn't matter, if kahibaw lang ka sa imu gisudlan and you know nga you can do better then, aw madawat ka TS ui. Just don't promise them big just tell them what you can, be honest and do your best. Ako i have 2 failing grades gani though the 1st real job i got wasn't that good pero they offer me more than to what I've expected. Make sure lang nga naa kay passion jud sa imu sudlan nga work.

there are fields na meticulous sila sa grades. grades in school dont always reflect the actual IQ of a person. I remember when i was in college classmates nako mga Go. they always have a higher grades than us bisan ang quiz grades nila mas lower namo. murag naay conspiracy ba.lol and other profs will add something if you attend this and that bisan dili relevant sa subject. sometimes, moreflect pud ang behavior, attitude, personality sa imong grades. like what happened ni TS na daghang hagbong, dropped subjects.
dili nana siya momatter if naa nakay experience. ang 1st work jud nimo ana kay low paying na dili kelangan og TOR. bisan bilib ka sa imo self im sure doubtful jud ang employer kung magrequire and makita nila imo grades labi pa wala ka exp.
pagbag.o na ts ha. tingali mo drop out pud ka or mo awol.

sa imong course daghan ka masudlan in the future na high paying labi na abroad. kaso sa abroad strict sila sa grades.
