it all depends on your entry and the demand of skill workers they needed....Every year their policy changes(SAME AS OTHER COUNTRIES)......for the past 2 years....chances of working visa as nurses in NZ are slim, that's why most agencies offer student visas as an entry in NZ....but this is very risky because you will be spending a lot of money for the tuition fee and you need to wait for one year and after one year there is no assurance for getting a working visa....Before most of our nurses were able to get a working visa in NZ in less than 6 months and were able to bring their family......before it was so easy...Make sure if you will go to NZ , you will get a working visa or an immigrant visa...not student visa.....
