why don't you focus on the first post i posted in this thread, regarding why your God kills people and even allows the stoning to death!

and stop saying my life is miserable. i have a beautiful life. and i'm happy as a non believer for I enjoy freedom and i am living life to the fullest!

ts.. im speaking for myself... im not trying to convince you of anything... and im not saying you are less of a person than i am... i was just wondering why only the bible and the christian God and not the koran or the torah or other religions.... im a roman catholic but i believe that we are all believing in one god, be it yahweh, The Father, Jesus etc.. those are just names but they are all one and the same.... and i am happy for you that you are living a beautiful and happy life.... My answer has always been that the Bible says a sinner (which is all of us) has to accept the blood of Christ to be saved. That's still a Biblical answer, but with your question it dawned on me that infants and young children have not reached the age where their sin separates them from God and, as I understand the Bible, are saved. This may be the same for people who've not been reached by Christians. If they haven't been told the truth, how can they follow the truth? Of course, it still gets back to the fact that God is a just God and He'll do what's right but I'm gonna have to study up on this one.

Not all christians believe in the trinity. Only "catholics" to be specific hold that belief.

I'm christian, but im not catholic , and we dont believe in the the trinity. It never said in the bible that Jesus was God himself anyway. he always referred to himself as the son and God as the "father". just saying...


though, i have an atheist friend, she's my childhood friend in fact. and i asked her that question about the trinity. Since her whole family is catholic, and only her being an atheist, she herself had a hard time understanding it.

But she came up with her own theory for it. It's like water - it can be changed into a solid (ice), gas (vapour) and liquid (water). TADAAAA!



I myself dont uphold that trinity crap... im a christian, but not part of the catholic community... but hey! her theory made it easy to digest. haha
