    I hope this helps:

Step 1: Make a payment term agreement, before you lend. For example, a 30-day payment term. And a late-payment charge for problem payers.
Step 2: Send an advanced reminder letter 5 days prior to due date of payment term. *timescale vary on debt amount.
Step 3: Issue a reminder letter on due date. Also remind them of late-payment charges.

*Tip: Issue customer-ratings, examples are good-payer (pays on-of-before due date) and problem-payer (for customer paying beyond due date).
*this tip may not be a hundred percent effective, but it's an effective professional approach.

Walay na preso ug utang. Bisa wala sila intention nga dili mubayad ug pa limot2x ra, sa ilang action makita kandidato na sila ug estafa (in extreme cases). Pag tigum ug dokumento like signed promissory notes, amount na giutang ug arrears with pirma as acknowledgment nila. Ipa barangay, kung dili madala. Issue naka complaint as Small Claims Dispute sa atong pinaka duol na Municipal Court.

Out of topic: Kanang nagpa 5-6 ba kinahanglan na ug business permit?
