Make sure you have at least P200 in your smart money account for PayPal to verify that you have an active account and for the PayPal code.

Sorry ang payment sa card is 350 pesos which serves as your first ANNUAL FEE.

Actually almost all local banks are ok to register to your paypal account, see full list here (Complete list of Paypal Bank Codes in the Philippines : PinoyMoneyTalk.com – Make Money Online, Stocks, Forex, Mutual Funds Philippines). But you need to register a credit card with visa or mastercard logo and as far as I know only EON from Unionbank cab be registered or added to paypal BOTH as your "BANK" or as a "CREDIT CARD" . Specially to those na walay creditcard they can opt to use EON.

EON & SMART MONEY CARD ARE ACCEPTED ( as far as I know)

wala man na minimum deposit ang EON, you can open it after paying P350.. ang kanang P10K, kay if ever moabot na ug P10K ang imohang money sa imohang EON account, pwede nana sya magka interest like a savings account...
