for me ra pud ha, you can only say nga nakamove on naka if pag nagkita mo sa tao nga nagpasakit ninyo ug taman, wla na kai mafeel nga love or hatred--kai connected nang duha...if you can not think ill of that person...if you can manage nga mukatawa and be comfortable to think of the things you did and just laugh it all off...move on na jud ka ana...kai mao man ni akong nafeel sakong first ex gud...as in tong nagkita mi, gaan ra kaayo ang feeling...tropa2x lan unya magsige ramig joke sa among giagian tong kame pa...forgiveness and acceptance is the key...heheheh

in buddhism they talk about past lives which i'm not sure about, but getting over a past relationship sure feels like having a past life. amazing.
