Public officials are still human beings so they can do whatever they want as long as they aren't stepping over somebody else's shoes or break any law. As far as what Gov. Garcia has done, she hasn't violated any so there is no problem with that.

Some people are too stereotypical. So does that mean that doctors, lawyers, teachers, and other professionals should not engage in other activities because they should "focus" on their jobs/professions/responsibilities?
