Cebu Subway tunnel is now under construction. its a .900+ meters or 1klm 4 lane subway passing under Malacanang sa Sugbo, Plaza Independencia and Fort San Pedro... Estimated to be finished on 2008.Its a completely dark tunnel under several buildings andit is similar to the subway tunnel in Paris where Princess Diana died.

Usually when you say subway, its an underground tunnel used by trains. (I think so!)
What I've heard kay for vehicles ra ang tunnel.
