    And that exactly is the problem. Will probably get off from this sedentary lifestyle... Well then, I need to be more physically active now. I'm gonna try to venture out to some sports of my interest and see if it'll bring me benefits. Are you into sports as well?

Hala bro, nice na ang punching exercise.. Naa kay idea where mopalit ug boxing gloves ug punching bag? or sako lang para sa punching bag.. hehe

    i dunno if cheaper, pero you can buy sa White Gold or the Kakings sa parkmall....

    sa mga sports botique sa sm or ayala bro.. daghan na by sizes pa..
    or if you want barato barato adto ka sa gaisano (usually sa top floor na siya kauban sa mga dumbells or any exercise equipments).
    Mu range ang price ani from 1k - 5k. depende sa size and brand.
    I suggest ayaw lang gamit ug boxing gloves instead kana lang gloves nga gamiton bitaw sa UFC para dili bug at mura lang walay gisul ob pero protektado imo fist sa scratches.. heheheh

    in my experience, I exercised 4 times a week-every other day, either mag jog sa abellana or mag treadmill sa gym and then play basketball once a week. Then ako sad food intake ako giminimize, drink ko water before eating and ga cut down on carbohydrates. No sweets, refrain from eating anything with high sugar content. I also increased water intake.
    You just have to follow through with what you started though and dapat naa ka discipline. Just make sure you are taking vitamins during this time to aid fatigue. I trimmed down from 75 kgs to 68 in around 5 weeks...
