dont count on it... been more than 2 decades since the planning of this project...until now as what ive heard everytime i go to negros is "NADA"

realistically this will not materialize...

the sibulan -liloan stretch is just 5.45 kilometers. at 3 Billion per kilometer, i am afraid this will not be realized in another twenty years...but this is really a good one.

oh gosh..how lovely it would be to take a walk on this bridge..especially on sunsets
