yes totally lame gyud ang service sa sst....i went der to test my competition.....and check on how they fare about repairing things.....i gave them a defective laptop....which i purposely disable the display..in short....gishort lang nako ang display.....initial diagnose nila kay defective daw ang lcd.....katawa lang ko kay told them dli dyud na mao....ila dayun gi test sa ilang monitor....wala display...gpu daw ang guba....estimate dayun cla 4k using infrared technology daw....marepair ang gpu sa board....den 3days after daw makuha ang item...then i said ok...sure man kaha marepair....grabe kaau nakapasalig ang girl...murag ehatag ang langit ug yuta dha nmo para lang esulod ang imong unit...dli kuno ko magmahay kay magamit na daw ni ug balik akoa laptop.....3days after.......nibalik ko didto....to my surprice ni ingun ang nagbantay nga wala pa daw nahuman....5-7days daw ni nga trabaho...so akoa gipakita sa ilahang job order nga 3days ra gisaad...sayup daw na...basta daw gpu repair 5-7 days daw......so ni uli nalang ko kay good mood man ko atong adlawa....after 7days.....so nahug 10days na tanan before ko ni balik....wala pa gihapon nahuman ang unit.....so i told them nga mo balik ko 3days after kay mo larga pman ko...nag dali man ko atong tym.....pagbalik nako...sus abi nako narepair nila......wala man diay....board replacement man ila erecommend...ni katawa lang ko......den gpabayad pa gyud ko ug service fee 400.......pag uli nako...ako gyud gi tan aw ang board....naa gyud signs nga gi hot air.....unya akoa gi tang tang ang short sa board.....patay na hinuon ang board nako...........

i agree with zam_xy.....mas nicer ang rappletech.....dli paka paasahon......i tried and tested their service...

and why would you even purposely short something inside? dont you know each time you turn it on / they would turn it on... you're already killing it?...

in my opinion, barely shorting it purposely and turning it one few times, killed itself.

its like injecting a venom to yourself, and testing the doctor's ability to discover the venom in your bloodstream. but unfortunately they didn't.... bottom line.
