    bati man ng mag awol mas nindot jd mu resign kag tarong sa callcenter pde man pd na immediate resignation... bsta sakto lang rason.. ako gibuhat ky 1 week before ko ni pass ug resignation letter nananghid na ko daan sa akong TL para ig hatag nko dretso nlng cyag perma. sugot ra man pd hekhek btw sa Stream to cya.

    just prepare a good reason why nag-awol ka from previous company naa man gyud circumstances nga dili ka ka-file ug leave or nahutdan naka leave so dka tugtan sa management, for emergency reason mag-awol jud ang employee... it will always depend on how u answer to the interviewer. do not alter ur resume it may sanctioned u fraudulent, take note HR is wise enough to found it out soon in many ways.

    ni AWOL ko sauna sa ako first CC(outside metrocebu) na arch enemy sa usa ka CC sa it park, kay di ko nila pa resignon(ga queing man gud)...pag apply nako OK raman...murag naa man gud daw "default setting" ang awol...di ko kamao mu expalin but naa ray certain time or length of time ang AWOL status after ana good as terminated naka sa company...hehehe ambot ui wa ko kasabot kaau basta pag apply nako sa CC karn nya ako gi pa hibaw nga awol ko sa una, ni mention man sila ana gud bout anang "default"2x nila...murag after 2 years yata...

    Ok ra nang AWOL ug batan.on paka nya pa banjing2x lng ug pantrabaho ba, tilaw2x lang and etc...typical teenager/young adult style..but i tell u pag tagbaw gyud sa imu first exp, kay di naman na maau ug naa naka pamilya..luoy kaau imu labas ana kay balibaran gyud ka sa opisina na imu gi applyan...

    kaning AWOL gud na uso napud ni kay wala naman tong BOND2x, but bsan pa sauna tong ako.a nga naa bond wala man gyud sila naka gukod nako..di man gud daw na binding ang bond...mao ila storya but bottomline nako is ayaw AWOL diod ug mahimo...tarong lang resign...

    i know of a company na 1 day lang na absent kay gi consider na AWOL.. pagka lols...

    na abot xa sa company grounds na jud.. then after a few hours wla pa man mga start ang shift kay ni uli kay galain ang lawas... wla pa sad xa ka text sa iyang TL ato.. ug sa dihang nakit-an man sa lain na TL na ni uli nasuko btaw na... mao to gidelete iyang company email address then gi consider xa na AWOL aw ni AWOL nalang jud xa ahahahha

    if you are working for how many months then i see no problem with it.

    but if you are working for long time then you will absent without official leave, why not resign properly?

    you will not get the benefits from your previous company if you will get AWOL. you can't get your last pay, unpaid VL/SL which is convertible to cash, etc. etc.

    Guys naa ko friend nag awol sa sa iya prev. employer because of family prob. and 4 months ra siya sa katong company. First job to niya then plano xa apply ron. Unsai nindot buhaton guys mo sulti xa sa tinoud sa HR nig interview? although first job man niya. hope for ur feedback guys! BTW bag.o ra xa ni awol pag march this year then plano xa apply this month ..

    lels. depende nana sa charm. i went awol sa 1st company nga akong gitrabahuan for almost 2years yet gidawat man japon ko sa next 3 companies nga akong gi-applyan.. gi-declare pa gani nako nga gikan ko ddto.
    TIP: ayaw ug mention nga nag-AWOL ka, just tell them nga ni-hawa ka for some reasons.

    mao ni lisud mam. 4mos ra man gud.. ang company magduha2 ug hire sa mga tao nga in-ani..bisag pa di niya i-mention nga ni-AWOL siya, magsukit2 jud na ang HR ana y niundang,y 4mos ra,unsay reason and all.. and depende nana sa pagtubag sa applicant. if maayo kaau mangilad, aw pasar daun! hahaha.. dapat man gud unta,kung 1st job,imo jud dugayan para nindot ug record.
