in sir walker's example, it was the minor who committed a crime against his employer, not the employer against his employee.

    peace.
Kung kana ang kaila ni sir walker naay permit kay kung wala ma sumbalik niya.

then kung 15 or below pa ang bata exempt from criminal liability (Sec 6 of Juvenile Justice Law)

Mao ning uban gi gamit nila ning mga bata.

@yacky2006: lisod sad bai if ang parents/guardians ang silotan. Yes, we need responsible parents/Guardians. but in reality bai, if tan-awn nimo ang mga nagpuyo sa squatter, di man sad tanan irresponsable. naa lang juy panahon nga di jud nimo mabantayan imo anak.

Example: ang bata kay nagpuyo ra sa lola kay gibiyaan sa ginikanan. then mag binuang ang bata, so prisohon ang Lola? dba lisod sad kung mao na ang mahitabo.

OT: RH bill might be able to help solve this problem indirectly (in the future). But i may have to read the whole bill first before i say more..hehe
