Finally, I can now access those sites that I had a problem. I just called globe helpdesk and sum1 from globe fixed dsl modem, he just added their other gateway... Thanks SOFT for that IP address...
You have to call representative, try also to trace the route going friendster, hotmail from your end. If those sites are reachable or not... then identify which router did not hop to get through the sites. It may helps them identifying where does the problem originates.... I hope it helps
