    dili naman ni ika hublong sa PLDT DSL ba.... kita nalay sabot pud mga customer kay naa man gyud problem permi...

    Kay sa lain nimo e pasa ang problema mosamot ka dako.... nalooy ko sa babaye kay trabahador rasad na oi nga naning kamot ug setle sa imo problems... I hope kita mosabot sad dili pataka sad ug tira bisan unsa nalang i sulti....

    Sa side sad sa mga CSR nga trabahador naa man sad gud uban wala sa mood ga work gud... e.g. (monthly period, hang-over... etc...) bad mood gyud permi dapat mag aspirin lang sa..... hehehehe

    mao lagi kung bad mood ka, dli nalang ka mag trabaho kay ma affect man imong trabaho ana and btw dli na mode "mood" na.... peace

    i don't have DSL sa balay. if ever sad nga naako DSL nya disconnected for 2 days. of course masuko ko. your paying for the services nila nya wa kay nakuha.... maglagot jud ko pero not to the point nga mamalikas ko... i'm still talking to a person, not an animal...

    ang point lang nako sir is --- as a customer, we have the right nga masuko if the services we are paying are not met...
    but dili unta nato e-blame ang problem sa person who is representing the company.... as if siya ang hinungdan sa problem...

    kung naa sad ko sa side sa tech support, i should be emotionally strong enough to handle this kind of customers. naa man jud na sila...

    sala jud na sa nag ayo ngano dugay nila na ayo , paet jud nang mga CSR kay shock absorber, i have a friend na pag sogod niya, wa daw day di sya muhilak. faetz

    ayaw parihasa sa customer ang mga taw nga naay DSL...

    depende rajud na sa taw doh....

    pwede ra man mamalikas ug balik ang csr basta siguradohon lang niya nga ma-mute. or else, ingon ato gyud mahitabo. wahehe
