Bombings result in very poor security. Makita na sa mga malls and other public areas. Kung tuyuon lang gyud ug dala ug bomba, kaya ra kaayo. So kung ingon ana kalax ang security sa Philippines, what assurance could they give nga strict ilang implementation sa pagrehistro?

Carelessly utter what? My disgust for a proposal that could potentially restrict free speech and give the government too much information about you?

LOL .. subscribers identity module (sim) registration is different, requiring to register all devices with a MAC address is totally idiotic.

Mallari said during the hearing that law enforcers often have a difficult time tracing specific users who connect to the Internet through laptops and wireless connectivity.
ammm. replacing those incompetent ppl is a better solution. not regulating laptops

    STUPIDITY!

asa gibutang utok sa mga taga NBI?

ipareho man sa cellphone na kailangan sim card ug subcription..]
    either post or pre-paid..

ang laptop tawun.. wala na sim.. wala na subscription...ug pwde na mudagan even mag asemble raka..pirated,china-made.. etc..

basin gusto nila ang WIFI access pod wagtangun...
pastilan!!! nag paila ra jud bugo ang atoa NBI in terms sa tech knowledge..

internet is a free world.. kung ang laptop mismo ila gusto ipa license..its simply stupidity.. kay dili na ever ma regulate. not unless.. kaya nila
butangan unique passwords for each laptop to connect sa internet,,

cge pag himo mo database of all laptops..then for each laptop naka register tanan names sa family sa owner ana..then provide "license to use" id's for
    each..

    go..
