try mo watermelon frost. you can buy it at happy herbs, that chinese store near SM. just put the powder directly on the luas. if addicted ka sa pain, then ma happy jud ka. hehehehe. but it's effective. :P

i gargle with bactidol at least twice a day, it's very effective.
