bro the deployment of USS Washington UC was a form of provocation... It was there strategy to strenghten US currency... Conflicts would make stock holders think that in case a war will happen reverting their investments back to us currency will garantee safety of their money... The deployment of USS WASHINGTON was a form of PROVOCATION ? Bai , I did 4 deployments in my 8 years of stint as an active duty in the US Navy from 1996 to 2004 as a SAR Swimmer . Deployment is normal because that is the testing grounds for SEA WORTHINESS of the boats .
