TS ngano sige man ka reklamo nga wala man gani ka ni call to ask them. go and ask them now.

i don't see the point of whining about why HR personnel do this or don't do that. that's beyond your sphere of influence. focus on what YOU can do.

thread topic palang nimo ma'am, fail na. so don't expect much. simple. it's not their obligation to explain why you failed. they won't waste their time on you because they've got more important things to attend to. ana lng.

You were thinking you were at ur best yet you were not hired.. That only means, an exact appreciation lang to nila on how you handled being interviewed.. u were told na somewhat like "naay potential sa job" gkan sa HR.. Pero ang tinuod, wala nila nakita nga capable ka sa job cuz wala ka nila gi dawat.. live with it.. you yourself can evaluate your own..

May gani hilum na lng sila kng dili mo dawat.. kaysa ingnon ta nga "uli na kaw, di man ka angayan sa trabaho.." mas sakit.. hehe

Actually sis, he had made that follow-up call as indicated in his first post. Well yes we can't control what these HRs do or don't in terms of their hiring process and I agree that we should intsead focus on the positive and move forwad

Lisud man pud pag-ingon sa usa ka HR, "sorry wla ka kapasar kay sa tanan nga niapply ikaw maoy daghang hagbong ang grado"...
murag double jeopardy... wla paka nahire, giingnan pa jud ka sa rason..

wala pod ko kasuway anang mangutana nganong wala ko nadawat... pero mostly, u can follow-up kung unsa na status sa imong application, whether okey pa ba or wala ka kidawat... if ever mosulti sila nga u are not hired, then, i will move on... dili nako mangutana nila ngano wala...

akong nahibal-an nga frank kaayu mosulti sa rason nganong wala ka madawat is kanang convergys... sa interview palang daan sa HR, naa jud guts mosulti nga dili ka madawat, walang plastikan...

@TS: ok rana bro, that is normal on a job placement..naa gyud ng mga ups & downs as an applicant!only the HR knows best as to whom the applicant suited best for the position..maybe its not ur chance for now just give it to others whom might be needy than you.

nitawag ra siya to follow up, then when she heard the big NO, she didn't say anything save for a thank you.
