how about financial transcriptionist.. anyone have heard of this?

wow. this is a nice oppurtunity. I've heard a lot bout medical transcriptionist being better than call center jobs since there are homebased. but my concern is, do you have to enroll a special course study for this? Im an accountancy grad, can i work immediately as medical transcriptionist just by mere orientation and company training? If its possible, then count me in.
