trust plays a big role in this scenario...

the bf will trust her that she's not going to do anything stupid
and the gf is true to her word that it's only going to be a party
and not something to do with hanky-panky

There are two issues of this matter:
a) Her spending the time to be with her friends/ officemates on a Sinulog over you
b)"No bringing of partner" policy during that same gathering

First issue, why would she spend time with her friends over you on such a once in a year event like Sinulog again? Did she tell you her reasons? They should be valid otherwise there's no point of pondering on issue number two.

Now if the firs issue is resolved with a valid reason then it's time to ask yourself these questions: Do I trust her enough to attend a gathering such as this? Is ten years enough to get to know her and how she will be reacting to these people on this occasion?

Bottom line is if she has a VALID reason for being with her friends over you during this Sinulog and that you trust her enough and won't feel insecure of letting her enjoy the event with her friends then let her be happy to where she will be.

But if such happens, my guy should better prepare himself for a battle!
