    Thanks sa suggestion... cge sad ko ug experiment aning ako diet nga masiguro lang nako nga lig-on pa ko sa ako workouts... ^_^ mao sad lagi na ako duda,tungod sa whey.. nagstart ko ug whey after 2 months nako work out... nya mga 6 weeks na sad ko cge ug take ug whey. cge, try nako pm nimu...

    no softdrinks jud or kung mag softdrinks ka kay dont drink the whole bottle. AND STAY AWAY FROM FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS.

    dont forget to reward yourself sad sa imo hardwork. once a week, i treat myself to ice cream or anything na mguilty ka like a happy meal. hehe
    so far I lost a lot of weight and im able to wear my skinny jeans. haha. but i still have some loose fats here and there. ang next project nako kay loosing my man boobs. which means, exercising.. huhuhu.

    well less rice and go for healthy foods of your choice,do 5-6meal a day lang ako himo
    sakto exercise lang

    I buy my tuna sa citramina barato lang, steamed butangan daghan ginger and cayenne pepper. chicken maski asa dili lang pabutangan ug sauce. rice is half cup.

    ga start kog diet karon jud...kay hastang huota na sa ako pants...ug di nako palabot..

    bfast pandesal and egg and coffee ko.luoran kog gatas gd...kabuhion ko...
    lunch lang ko mo eat ug rice. .
    dinner noodles! mao ra!

    maynta di ko mangatintal sa mga lami nga kalan,onon! ahahaha

    and mag inum napod kog leisure 18 coffee para ma dali2 ang resulta...

    NO EATING BETWEEN MEALS gyud! mao gyd nay effective na diet.... 6-6 habit pod

    nice ni dah, naka gets ko idea sa ako diet pud kay makakita ko ako diet, kasukaon ko dili na matulon thinking palang to go back in the gym.

    Ako kalagutan aning diet2x, mahal! Madato ang supermarket ani, heheheh. Makagasto tag 1K+ per week nya kita ra usa gakaon. Grrrr!

    I do Fruits Diet if I want to lose weight.. so I don't eat anything other than fruits. Effective gyud sya.. Bisan dili pa ka mag exercise ..

    i stopped working out whole month of december kay always ko larga manila coz of work, so wala sad ko tumar anang mga supps, BUT for the 5 weeks of using ON ZMA boss, makaingon jud ko na very good iyang effect sa ako. Ang akong katulog straight jud na pagmata nako sa morniing mura ko gikan ug comatose ( walay exaggeration). Dili bug-at ang akong ulo and feeling jud na lami kaayo ang akong katulog. Sa ako na ha? lahi2 baya ang reaction sa ato lawas sa mga supps.

    @zvike005 mahal jud bitaw ning mga diet esp naa mga problema sa heart, pareha nako, dili ta basta makaKaon ug daghan karne para sa protein so ngita jud ta ug karne na less fat which are way mahal than the usual karne hehe. BTW, sa SnR naa mga turkey bacon, turkey ham turkey etc, less fat jud and affordable ra baya. very good source of protein.
