^ Nobody really knows if we're running out of oil because nobody really knows how much of it is out there. All the projections are based on estimates. The people who think we will never run out of oil probably think there are still a lot of undiscovered reserves out there, but even they wouldn't know how much of these are economically feasible or extractable given current technology.
I think it's safer to assume there's less oil than we think there is, especially since most of the figures are based on far-fetched estimates. If these estimates turn out to be wrong, I doubt you'll be able to freeze a block of ice much less an entire house =)
well for all that's worth...... nobody among us here can see the end of oil.... lol
By the time the oil is depleted, we will have lots of methane gases around the globe considering the enormous pile of landfill and garbage out there....
we would be dead by then, before we witness the end of oil!lol
if time will come na ma deplete na ang oil.. other means will surely be discovered, and hopefully naa na kay oil dili man maau na source..
some countries are not using oil as their engine fuel. some cars now are powered by solar, hydrogen and even pressured air.
