The USA simply doesn't have the resources & the manpower to undertake this and it don't have the moral high ground to justify this misadventure. In short. it cannot sell this BS to the American public anymore & to the world. Their policies are continuing to fail miserably in Iraq & Afghanistan. Trillions in dollars in debt & a hovering recession.
