    to those people that got caught on my verbal insults.... i then humbly apologized.... all im trying to say is that if we have some problems with the way fitness first handle their services we dont need to put them down.... those people working there are only humans.... surely they make mistakes.... there's no such thing as a PERFECT SERVICE.... believe me.... i own and operate companies not just here in Cebu but also in other countries.... i too have problems with the way my companies does its services to our clients..... to make this story short.... its better to talk things out.... i understand your complaints.... its just that sometimes some people just dont know how to think things first before they say or act.

    Dont immediately a-fix your signature especially that deals auto debit of your Credit Card; kay hassle na kaayo ug labad sa ulo especially when you are disputing the charges in your Credit Card. Manawag pa ka sa Merchant (Fitness 1st) "la-lis" & Manawag na pud ka sa imong Creditor - "another potential nga la-lis."Â* Pangutana dyud ug basa-ha ang fine print.

    We are not putting them down. The things we posted were results of our dissapointments with them... I was not just referring to the auto debit thing. It's the whole situation of what they did. Auto debit is not bad, I am not against it. But sometimes, we "humans" are not perfect (like what constantine said) and we may have overlooked that little fineprint on the back of the paper and so, for their part, it's not that difficult to tell their customers their policies especially when it comes to financial matters man siguro dba? We may had our mistakes, but so did they. Yes, there is no PERFECT service, I agree. That is why this thread was up in the first place. Companies offering customer service should always be ready to face comments, praises, criticisms of their services.

    As for the trainers, I guess we're just unlucky that we got to have him for our powerpack. Imagine, telling me I don't have fats on my body just because I look slim? and in fact, I need to put on some fats? Where did you hear that? That's the first time we heard it... and coming from a trainer of a world-class gym. And after that session, he wants me to enroll PT with him? I can just see his passion. Passion for money. Anyway, I've had enough of this. Again, good for those who got great trainers. You guys are lucky. My views on this company would might not be this bad if we got better trainers. Too bad...

    And constantine, I understand your posts. You have nothing to worry about. But I guess it's just not us who "seem" to fail to think before acting or let's say, typing something huh? Let's not have personal attacks. Let's talk about this matter peacefully, without the insults. Thank you.

    Morning Team ! Agree everyone has the right to give their opinion. The great thing about life here is we all have choice - and free speech ! My goal is to ensure we hear all complaints, compliments and recommendations about Fitness First. We strive to exceed everyone's expectations but recognise things may not always go the way we intend them to go. How about this ? I'm at the Club on Monday 25 July. Join me for either a Body Pump class at 17h30 or a fruit juice at about 19h00. It will be interesting to meet the faces behind the messages and we'll show you Fitness First is definitely the right choice.     Imagine a an accounting woman there promises that she will reverse our credit card charges and doesnt do it,

    to ryan hey dude!!!! i dont sour grape or what ever and FYI i can understand plain english nho!!!! unya cebuano sad ko. about that i girl sa accouting i also talked to her about double debiting coz im a victim too as wll as my mon. she also promise me that they will reverse but it just so happen na empleyada lang sad sya and of course mag ingon dyud sya na i reverse i think she just following sa ilang Manila ofc.

    this thing that you keep on complaining will never ever gonna stop.... to ryan.... you said that your not a member anymore of fitness first.... then why the hell keep on complaining? you better be moving on with your life man.... your so pathetic.... this is what happens when some people just couldnt understand when to shut up and move on with their lives.... i pity you man.... like what Mr. T always say " I Pity the Fool!"

    and to st@rr.... i understand what your trying to say.... there's no harm in complaining about something.... but you should also understand that in terms of transactions.... its not just the seller who has to be responsible in presenting something.... in your part as a buyer you should also have to be responsible enough to scrutinize the product or any transactions that your getting into.
