    Lisod kaau i.accept if dili ka madawat with the reason which is totally below the belt. Think positive na lng a lot of opportunities that will come pa.

    if you are applying for an elementary and high school teacher.. it's possible.. also sa mga religious school..

    Actually, even if that was true and there might be rules against that sort of discrimination.
    A company can simply retract its reason for not accepting you, simply because there is no actual document that quantifies their reason for not hiring you.
    Para sa company, gibugu-an ko sa HR nganong niangkon siya nga mao to iyang reason.
    Para sa applicant, next time lie, companies that ask these type of questions have that motive.
    If you notice American companies, their questions focus more on your credibility rather than your personal information, in your resume they won't look at your personal information at all.

    ^^exactly, i remember 10yrs ago when i first apply for an american firm. nangutana ko sa nag hire nako nga kano (my boss). if i have to get my police clreance as part of my requirements? He was like, huh police clearance? i dont care if you're a criminal as long as you can do what i wanted you to do.

    I understand ur point but my friend was thinking the company would value someone's Integrity...what if naglie siya...then mahibaw-an...it might get him into trouble. basin ma-term na nuon siya.

    I agree nga wala jud siya'y gipanguptan kay there is actual document. When asked, the HR personnel can simply deny and make up new reasons.

    Ang HR wala man niangkon sa akong friend mismo but sa silingan niya kay ni-ask man ngano nadeny..then murag close siguro sila mao ni-disclose sa reason.
