    mao nay nakabati diri sa ato. ilis unta dayon kung naay defect. makita man pod na ang problem dayon bitaw. if intermittent, then they can test it overnight if they want. ngano ipa-verify pa man jd na sa supplier. nobody would want to buy brand new items that have glitches—no matter how small. BS kaayo na nga policy nang "going back to the supplier" oi. kapoy kaayo paabot plus ang ka-hassle pa sige ug follow up.

    i plan to buy laptop na dha pero since naka basa ko ani nga thread dili na lng ko dha mo palit....way au mn d.i na dha....incase ma guba ang laptop so ako pay mg.gukod nila..sauns

    naa man na sila supply dili lang nila replace if naay maguba ila pana ipa RMA, other words what item you buy mao ra sad na ila ibalik nimo...

    unsa diay gamit ana ilang "direct replacement warranty"?

    i dont think there that bad. 3 na ka computers ako na assemble from pcquickbuys then wla raman na unsa until now(2-3years na)...timing2x lang cguro...
