I think this is a WEAK point to raise as an valid argument contra the particular stipulation of Cebu's Women's Code. Please come up with a better point, if he can.“I am going against the governor. Does Arleigh "Pagkatoytoy" Sitoy think that pageant contestants only don swimwear during pageants and not for personal leisure, at the beach or the pool?
