    Mao bah? I took this vitamin since HS ko then I stopped after mid college.

    grabe na kaayo ko ka kalimtanon karon. It's frustrates me sometimes kanang mag wait pa kog pila ka seconds or even minutes or hours or usahay dili na jud nako ma remember ang usa ka simple thought. I want my good memory retention back so bad.

    TS, if you are studying, DO NOT MEMORIZE what u are studying... Please understand first what you are studying...

    memorize lang unsa wala nimo masabtan sa imong gi-tun-an...

    ako style sa pag study when i was in college: understand what your teacher is discussing in the class... samtang wla pa mohatag og exam or layu pa ang exam ana, hinay2x kag study... para inig padulong sa exam, dali nalang sabton unya dili pajud ka mag cramming...

    ayaw mo'g tuo anang food supplements, unsa pagkaon sa brains... lolz

    Don't tell me naka understand ka sa tanan g teach u maestra pag college?i mean dli man gud na ka likayan nga na gud usahai dli ka ka understand sa teacher...
