No more dengue outbreak

Health Secretary Francisco Duque III said yesterday that the dengue outbreak in the Southville resettlement site in Cabuyao, Laguna, which killed three residents, is now under control.

Despite this, Duque gave assurance that health experts would continue to monitor the dengue situation in Southville, where 11 people have contracted dengue since October.

Duque said health workers have fumigated the affected places in Southville to kill dengue-causing mosquitoes.

Southville houses former informal settlers along railroad tracks who had to give way to the rehabilitation of the railway system.

Although Dengue Outbreak is slowly going down, we still need to be aware of it. Let us help and join the government Health’s program in eradicating the killer disease, we still don’t know if its really gone in our places. We also should do our part like cleaning the environment etc…

Dili man makapa wala ang fogging sa mga lamok maka daut pa nu-on sa maka simhot..
Siguro mo support pud ang goberno ani kay unsa-un manang mga lim-aw nga mura nag sapa dili na na madala og limpyo gud... Siguro tarungon pud ang drinage system sa mga naa daghan lim-aw...
