My sentiments exactly why I started a thread at Gen Discussion ...
    https://www.istorya.net/forums/genera...nter-flow.html

@TS: my experience with these arseholes..

I stopped then two speeding Aura and Mio bikes came crushing my tail bumper (NIssan California) sending both to the Ground.

Investigators came and they accused me Of abruptly stopping my car.. wala gani ko skid marks mga unggoy!

    my answer:
WHO GAVE YOU THE RIGHT TO BUMP MY REAR IF I SUDDENLY STOPPED?
EVER CAME TO YOUR CRAZY MINDS WHY I STOPPED?
There's such thing called .... MAINTAINING STOPPING DISTANCE. So they paid.

^^you abruptly stop in the middle of the road? even 4wheeled vehicle like yours will bump at your tail if you do that intentionally.

hopefully you can find the irresponsible mc drivers.but for me naa sad mga garaon sa imo pananaw pero responsable sad sila..me i can notice between a kusog and gara nga mga driver naay dangag gyud and naa sad dili..but you will never know...i rarely see now a days a mc responsible driver and thinking that they are not just the only one on the road..in my own experience,sa traffic magpataka lang ug igwad sa ilang motor, not thinking that they might hit a car, always maintain a distance on the car you are following bec usually the car behind you mostly will tailgate you..

Actually sir they already showed up yesterday sa police station. 2 days after the incident and they admitted that they were drunk that time.

From my point of view sir, base on the skid marks and the witnesses, the distance between them and me prior to the impact is safe enough. The only problem is their speed, and what makes it worst is gatapad pa jud ang mga onggoy, ga-istorya2x sa dalan, mura naa sa living room nga ga-entertain ug bisita...

So regardless ug ni brake ko ug kalit (which is not the case for me), then there could be some reason... The only thing is they were just too drunk to notice me that I am at full stop...

TS: If I were you, I don't have to worry about those guys kay they deserve such things. Wala pa to sila kasulay ug disgrasya. Maayo hinuon nga nakatilaw sila kay after that incident murag kinonsihal nato sila magpadangan ug motor. Mao ra man gyud na ang tambal sa mga abosadong MC driver.

So I will prefer to ran-over two kids than be concerned of those behind me be it 4-wheeled or motorcycles?

Again i will super emphasize ..... based on our car's running speed there is a required stopping distance for any untoward incident. Bisan asa nga korte mag abot, pildi gyud ang mo dumbol whatever the reason it may be. ug wala gyud maka lalis sa rason sa nag drive ngano ni hunom cya ug kalit....

Right.. pildi gyud ang nidumbol sa likod. dili man diay on purpose imong pag sudden stop so natural lang madusmo gyud naa sa luyo nimo mag motor man o ma 4wheels. so please don't blame solely the motorcycle on your behind. unsa man pod pagkahitabo.a nitunga man lang kalit ang duha ka bata sa imong atubangan?

    Bro,
What ever the circumstances or reason sa pag STOP abruptly doesn't matter....
ALWAYS MAINTAIN THE REQUIRED STOPPING DISTANCE between vehicles TO BE SAFE.
For those who are interested to know the required stopping distance for your vehicles, or motorcycles refer to your operating manual.
If most are not aware this is mandatory in our Traffic Code be informed now. This is one of the most
    violated rules in our streets.

refer to this site among others for your info:

    Stopping Distances for Cars
