yup. everything thats in a can or packed is processed. it may not look like its bad for you now, but after years of piling up toxins in your body cancer will form. so if healthy is really important to you. do think about eating and drinking healthy.
another weight gainer is drinking a lot of softdrinks...consider water. its whats best for the body. :mrgreen:
