usa sad ani is maayo unta nga ang philippine government will also show support sa ani nga mga butang. I once contacted paypal about 2 years ago kay mo apply lagi unta ko ug paypal account. They just told me nga wala man gud daw strict nga mga laws sa ato regarding security sa online transactions so risky kuno sa ila nga part....
