I give tips for a number of reasons, especially when service is good. I learned this from my family.

    1. This is my way of appreciating the good service that I have received. This is my way of saying to them that your work is not easy but you do it anyway and do a great job at that, so heres a little token of my appreciation. Whether from waiters, barbers even taxi drivers.

    2. I have been blessed with the blessing of a good job, this is in some little way my act of sharing my blessings with other individuals who are minimum wage earners. These people earn minimum wages, and work at tasking working conditions, serving a number of diff customers who may be very demanding.

    3. I like to be treated good for I am a paying customer. Giving a tip gives me a chance of being remembered. So next time I meet them, I have a better chance of getting good service.

Lastly, even if you don't give a tip, a simple act of appreciation, like commenting on how great the food was or how skilled the waiters were, makes the day better for our hard working fellow Filipinos. These compliments may slightly change a workers bearing or it may even go a long way.

Dili ko uyon ani, Di pa diay igo ang atong gibayad para mu serbisyo sila ug tarung? muluto sila ug lami? wala man sguro tah nagpalibre nila - nibayad man tag ug mahal sa pagkaon ug serbisyo nga ila ghatag so sakto ra sad nga mu serbisyo sila ug tarung natu. Ang kompanya na nila ang bahala ana if hatagan sila ug incentives if nindot ila performance dili kay ang customers maoy muhatag ug TIP.

Sa uban trabaho bitaw, ang kompanya man muhatag ug incentives dili man customers.

Pero if muhatag ka so be it, pero ang idea nga dapat naay tip i think is not reasonable kay maanad man hinuon - madugay mahimu na nuon na nga Requirement nga dapat jud ta muhatag. Muabot ang panahon ani nga di naka serbisyohan ug tarung if dili ka muhatag ug TIP.
