nag answer naa sa history... SK was formed so that the marcos children would have their hands at politics.. if i'm not mistaken, si imee marcos was the first SK chairman for the philippines.. kana lang intawn na reason, so that the marcos children would have their shot at politics, simple reason enough na i-abolish ang SK.. it's a waste of budget, pwede mana sila man limpyo, donate trash bins w/o using government money, kanang pa liga/basket pwede ra man barangay level politics ang moda ana.. dako ang money ma save if ma abolish ang SK..

Education is one way to empower and develop the youth. Why not allocate the SK budget through granting of scholarships to deserving youth?

Based on experience, gitagaan ko ug allowance by deducting it from the sweldo sa SK Chairman. Pero pila raman tawn ang allowance, 200 pesos per month? The sad part is that, bisag 200 pesos, daginoton sa ubang SK Councilor. Instead of saying "no-thanks" to the 200 pesos which I have been doing as a protest to that, rasonan lang ka na gamiton nila pangload

IN MY OPINION:

• grabe ka-extravagant.

• Why karon nalang mag-seminar nga hapit na mahuman ang ilang term, sa sugod pa lang unta na.
• NGANO SA BORACAY MAN GYUD??
• Kinsay buang nga nagtugot ani? "Buang" kay wala'y tao nga sakto sa huna2x mag usik2x ug kwarta para "seminar".

Yes. It's extravagant. Of the 8 officers that are going for the lakbay aral, 10k per head na. Usahay kuwang pa gani. Pero bisag kuwangon na, it has been prone to corruption.

There are seminars, pero those are not seminars. I'd rather consider them as training on your duties as SK Officers. The seminars are not free either. The last time DILG held a seminar for us SK Officers, 5k per head and it was prone too to corruption.

The seminars na hapit na mahuman ilang term, it's actually a way to get the most out of the remaining budget. For example sa among barangay, before the elections, SK had around 100k na budget. Instead of spending the 100k into something useful, my dickhead SK Chairman and the councilors decided to spend all of it for Lakbay aral. Boracay pa gani daw. I wasn't willing to participate in the lavish spending so alibi nalang ko nga di ko ka-leave sa trabaho ato. After that mga 4 months, never heard of any news from them na. Basin nakawat na

Nganong Boracay? Well SK Officers are the stewards of the money and they do damn well they please with the money. Gitagaan pa gani mig list of places to go and I was like, meh.

I've been a witness kung gi-uto uto ang mga chairman ug mga councilor. Proud not to be one sa gi-uto pero thats because I'm a thinker.

akong klasmet SK sauna kai councilor pero kai nagskwela man dre sa cebu.. wa ra jud xa nahimo.. nagdawat lang jud tawn ug kwarta..
point is if ganahan sila na naa programa para sa kabatan.unan.. ang kapitan o mga brgy konsehal pabuhata ana.. magdugang2x lang sila sa swelduhan kung e.apil2x pa ang mga SK..
