I'm sorry no pun intended but when I first read your post it made me think: "What else would a female human being give birth to?"

Since I'm a woman, I'd be crushed if I found out that I couldn't give birth but my partner and I had already talked about this that if this happens, we'd adopt and he told me that not being able to give birth does not make me less of a person and that he'd love me just the same. And when he asked me the same question, I told him the same thing he told me and said "If you could still love me if that happens, there's no reason for me not to do the same."
