you can buy anti flea collar for the price of P100.00. when in cebu i dont find anti flea collar.. just ask any vet clinics or petshops in cebu..

yes sir! but some our cases here in manila as early as 8 weeks meron nang kuto ang puppies.. those owners who dont care about their pets.. they just bring the dog if they found out that the condition of their puppies and dogs are serious..
