I'm not from IBM but most of my colleagues transferred there...

As of yesterday, 50+ pa lang daw sila kabuok. I was shocked gamay pa diay sila. nice pay daw...
As of the meantime, ilang working area kay dli pa cubicles, they only have the same set up w/ call center bpo..temporary pa lang daw na. they do have some open house during saturdays... pressure? dili man daw... nice ilang benefits pud. so overall, okay jud xa.

bwahaha... master rommel, dili naka pwede didto.. dili man nila maabot imong sweldo gud... daku ra kaau... murag, tax ra nimo ang sweldo sa mga tao ngadto.. mao na, ayaw nalang apply, kay dili jud ka nila dawaton.. nyahaha...

sweldo - okay kaau. but of course depende pud na sa skills nimo og experience.
dress code - Mon-Fri(short/long sleeves polo, slacks)
Friday optional - okay ra maong pants but you will have to pay 50 pesos for charity
klase sa work - 2nd company ni nako as developer..so far sakto ra work diri..dili overwork kaau
environment - okay ra man sad and environment - friendly mga tao..hehe..



yep Australia na sila maonshore..suya lagi ko..hahaha..

wahhh..dakua na diay nimo og sweldo bro?! hehehe...I think dili issue sa IBM ang sweldo bro or bisag asa pa nga company..as long as you can prove that you are worth that salary..ihatag gihapon na sa company especially if you have the skills and experience that the company need..

nindut ni IBM dah! pwede kanang walay programming background?.. pero daghan kag experience sa BPO/Call center as an analyst/support positions, creating reports and etc.. ? or strictly programming ra jud? up!
