it's definitely a Memory problem. Windows is having a hard time loading the process of the kernel file thus creating the BSOD. It seems like the memory module is badly tampered or likewise, the timings of the RAM are incorrect. I strongly suggest that you test each one of the ram.

On Mon 5/17/2010 2:38:05 AM your computer crashed
This was likely caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe
    Bugcheck code: 0x19 (0x3, 0x901D1680, 0x901D1280, 0x901D1680)
    Error: BAD_POOL_HEADER
    Dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\051710-35796-01.dmp
    file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
    product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
    company: Microsoft Corporation
    description: NT Kernel & System

If it still won't work then there must be something wrong with the OS, probably, you can still try to fix it by replacing the ntoskrnl.exe

e install balik imong OS nya kanang e scan sa og bad sector imong HDD.

then ayaw lang sa e auto update imong system... basin na corrupted tungod sa mga bagong update sa OS kay automatic mana usahay, then ma off lang kalit na wa pa nahuman, usahay mo ing ana mana... mo crash dyud na.
