very effective nya dli mo palpak, tried all other methods in this post (butong, sabaw, analgesics, etc.) which to sum it all up without redundancy is just either to rehydrate yourself, take sum pain-killers (analgesics), or sleep it off (some people dun have the liberty of wasting a day just because of a hangover) although mo trabaho sad to some extent I find the 2 mentioned above better remedies.
