be cautious when buying surplus/secondhand cars, have it checked first sa TMG before paying, (engine/chassis numbers) if its really legal (importation papers or it might be a carnapped vehicle)

i have bought a surplus.
my own experience is if you can afford to buy a new car go for it.
if not go surplus sure there are problems bound to arise when buying surplus cars. in my experience its a ton of headache. come to think of it you get what you paid for... and then some.

will i buy another surplus? hmmm if i really have to i would,but i prefer not to..
in my opinion local second hand cars would be a better choice.
