ICAAC hands down. Landing a job abroad is easier for someone who graduated from ICAAC than someone who did from PSCA.

Many schools from abroad are still presently applying for recognition from the UK's CIty and Guilds. A City and Guilds Qualification is recognized internationally and ICAAC is the only culinary institute in the Philippines as far as I know that offers this. The rest have only the more common TESDA certificates to offer.

Foreign hotels/restaurants also hold regular job interviews at ICAAC. They are also known to personally help their graduates secure internships abroad.

sa tinuod gyud base on experience and observation between the 2 schools
kung sa mga equipments and gadgets i go for icaac. they have an immersion circulator and a blast freezer my dream kitchen toy! and many more!

but when it comes to training psca is far more superior.
countless times students at icaac and psca have there ojt at shangrila.

the comments with the chefs and cooks are always this. kaning mga bataa "icaac" nag salig ra nga dato, skwela pa ug culinary wa man diay na katon. " and to think there tuition are more expensive.
