Sis ang Fire Insurance ug MRI kay every year na xa bayaran? mga pila sad kaha na xa ? naay kay idea like range sa bayran ana?. Thanks sis

both, pwede i-spread monthly or annually. sa MRI, pwede pud quarterly or semi-annually, maybe same goes sa Fire ins but di ko sure.

bayran:

MRI
- depende sa amount, age, insurability, and what insurance company
- for 1M, approx 4k-7k annually and if magkagamay na imo bayranan, magkagamay pud na siya or depende sa imo plan if fix siya nga amount in a specified term

Fire insurance
- depende sa location, neighborhood, susceptibility to force majeur, the structure itself, etc
- di ko kasiguro sa max range jud pero 2k kapin to I don't know, hehe... if dako kaayo ang property, dako2x sad bayranan.
- annually ang adjustment pero if attach na sa monthly amortization, murag fix na ang amount and automatic ra siya mo renew as long as naa pai outstanding balance.

Every feedback and waiting time is almost 1 week , incomplete details every time magask then keeps on telling you na fast ra ang process pero maabot d i ug almost 2 months.. ilang website states 1 week ayaw mo tou ana muulbo ra inyong kaspa.. dili pa jud ka iinform ug tarong sa mga process ug pila jud ang amount imong maloan.. in short pinakabati ug customer service...!!!
