Gordon is an emotional nutcase so it doesn't come as a surprise. But don't be too quick to dismiss his actions as mere representations of his principles and conviction.

Remember when he started acting like a drugged up Olongapo prosti who didn't get paid after he was replaced by Payumo as head of the SBMA? Or when he literally cried on TV when the US bases where scheduled to leave because his numerous bikini bars and prosti dens were bound to lose its main market?

Bulatlat - The Philippines's alternative weekly magazine

Gordon takes credit for making Olongapo what it is when in reality without Subic it would be nothing but a larger version of Kamagayan.

Subic is to Gordon what Ninoy and Cory are to Noynoy. Nothing before them, nothing without them.

Oh i see what you did there. Anyway take a look at this:

Olongapo City Mayor: James Gordon, Jr. (June 30, 2001 -June 30, 2010) brother of no other than Dick Gordon champion of prostitution and smuggling, master of sin and white slavery.

James Gordon is doing his best trying to protect the family business which is prostitution.
