Hi all, bag-o ra mi nag apply sa akong uyab as TL dadto ganina.. kataw-anan kaayo kay halos walay walk-in..hahahaha!!! layo ang place.. dili strategic and place pero safe once naa ka sa compound sa MEPZ which i find quite good despite sa location.. as always safety first..i do not have any info karon.. tan-awon nato kung unsa ang outcome.. try nato before ta magbuhat ug storya.. interview ugma.. tricky ang mental exam.. expect the worst.. sa ubang exams.. OK lang..weeeeeeeeh!!![]()

You know mga guys ang update karon kay ang mga tarong na mga employee kay nag hinay2x na ug resign. kay daghan conflicts labaw na kanang HR na un-Profissional kaayo kay dili man na cya Psychology grad na HR lang na c becay kay nangaraan man lang na cya usahay dili gamiton ang utok kay mag himo2x ug decision na dili mao. kusog kaayo mo DA kay nag salig cya na immune cya sa DA kay HR cya. kadtong mga nahabilin sa kudo karon i know some ninyo nakahibalo mo kong si kinsa ang nang resign na tarong na mga tao. Ang management sa kudo nonh kay lahi ra kaayo compare sa other call center company example ang operation nila week kaayo hasta ang planner kay ang HR dili kaayo kamao.
some agent sa kudo bah hugawan kaayo kay sa Rest Room dili kamao mo flash sa ilang mga hugaw sa inudoro mag salig sa janitor.
last ang kudo bah wala silay annual Drug test exam sa lang mga employee.....

im connected with the company and yes i think it's true about the resignation part as I have heard some folks usually in the cafeteria talking about tendering resignation and stuff. the part that I THINK i will disagree on is the comparing of 2 BPO company which are way too different "obviously". i've had that experience too... "blaming the MANAGEMENT"... and i'm very much experienced on tendering resignation if something in the company makes me unhappy or perhaps contradicts to what my expectations were. just keep in mind (all the time)..... companies may it be a BPO or not... they exists NOT TO PLEASE PEOPLE/EMPLOYEES... they exists to help you survive, have the luxury to buy things you want, etc... THEY PAY YOU in turn that YOU HAVE TO RENDER SERVICE... we employees regardless of what company we work for.... are all freaking EXPENDABLE ASSETS.. not happy? leave.. still not happy with the next employer? leave again... if all else fail for you... build your own company... perhaps being the BOSS should make you feel more positive.
week? or did you mean WEAK? i've known the company's existence, when it started here, etc as i live on the same island where the company is situated too... for once, i have never underestimated this company for despite the global financial struggles that passed.... it still managed to survive up to this present date... how would that happen if the so called planners... HR.... IT.... Receptionist.. Managers... PRESIDENT... Facilities... were that "incompetent" as how you described it?
