IF you want to learn some basics you can go to a guitar school

but if you wanna be different (really good)
try to discover things yourself

I have no say on salonga or yamaha

but one thing is sure for me,

being a guitarist a not just a hobby or a career. It is a passion. There will come a time that you will crave for more, more and more.

I've been a guitarist for 11 years and for 10 years over that 11 I haven't got a guitar neither acoustic or electric (that is because I really can't afford one and i'm not kidding,. my band knows the whole story) but because i love to play, i kept on borrowing to my friends. With no formal school in guitar study, i've done research on how to improve my skills, started from simple chords to the complex one.for a start, I only have a copy of a song hit's guitar chord chart i asked from our neighbor and until now never mastered the chords hehehe.

But Not to boast, when I was 15 years old I won two "best lead guitar" recognitions from different Battle of the Bands at PaSig City, Manila.

and things got some progress

and I don't wanna mention the rest...

because the rest would be about you, kicking Ass with your arpeggios!

iSTORYA members fuzzaloopa, franee, being_zen, the guitarist of the band Still (I'm sorry I forgot your name sir!) and I did this a few months back. We met in fuzz's house, brought our amps and axes, traded some guitar licks and did an open jam session. That was fun. I hope we could get more guitarists together and do that jam again.
