Just Sharing:
Sending email with Dynamic IP address will cause you in trouble because Firewall client will block it and it might end up blocking the entire domain "pldtdsl.net" which is on ISP side reason why PLDT is regulating it right now.
Best practice for email relay to make your IP static and ask your ISP to register your IP on their DNS for reverse lookup.
sending email to google is not a problem because google most of the time will not handle ReverseDNS lookup
remember that there are number of SMTP that google has.
Sending bulk email to a 3rd party specifically to PLDT "smtpdsl4.pldtdsl.net" is being regulated if I where the ISP, because this can hurt their email reputation not unless they have some alternate IP address that is not related on their IP Range.
Sending bulk emails need reputation process, if you don't handle it well then good luck with those up to date Email Firewall Appliance Like MailFoundry, Ironport etc because they do have up to date RBL.
Additional Notes:
Read regarding
- RBL
- SPF Handling
- Open Relay
- DKIM - OpenDKIM
