Vague ra kaayo ang tubag ni Gibo.. ga tuyok2x murag roller coaster, defensive ra kaayo we can't blame him kay iya family mao mansad. Sa laktod nga pagka sulti uyon cya sa political dynasty as long as the politician has party like NPC supported by Conjuanco and Lakas-Kampi the most corrupt political party. Si Gibo gyud.. sa kataas sa iyang gi sulti na abot ra jud cya ani "But an election should not perpetuate the dynasty if such is not deserving. But how do you do that. It’s by capacitating your political party to enable it to address the issue to the people and with media"

Maypag ni ingon cya diretso ug two party system though it can't break the dynasty but there will be proper selection process, mas klaro ang financial activity during campaign, mas klaro ang agenda, mas naay basihan ang mga tao based on the party capability to address the needs.

Why not diritsohon nalang na sa Constitution by amending this provision.

The 1987 Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines:
Article 2 - Declaration of Principles and State Policies, Section 26:
The State shall guarantee equal access to opportunities for public service,
and prohibit political dynasties as may be defined by law

why not kuhaon nang "as may be defined by law" state nalang diritso na kaliwat sa incumbent and past elected official dili na puede modagan and those who are previously elected dili na puede mo dagan. Simple ra kaau dili na ad2 ug congress aron mag himo ug law hangtod karon way nahimo 22 yers nalang ning labay.

isa na sa defective provision nga nagbuhat ani walay vision sa future.

that is why we need to limit such an abusive right to hold such a tremendous power.

I have the power or the right to speak freely, but I can be sued with libel or oral defamation, if I speak freely against someone with groundless accusations.

Filipinos are fond of the idea of freedom. But Freedom without Intellect is a can or sardines without the fish.

Even heard of "conflict of interest"?

A conflict of interest (COI) occurs when an individual or organization (the family, in this nature) is involved in multiple interests, one of which could possibly corrupt the motivation for an act in the other.

Unsa may gamit sa imong pag butar sa daghan nga position if usa ra jud diay ilang "goal"? (which to be corrupt)

well for one how does our law define dynasty? technically wala man gyud dynasty sa philippines... why? because leaders dont get to their position just because of blood ties... or just by mere succession...

tingali mas viable pa tong gi-suggest ni amingb sa usa ka thread.. we limit lang kanus-a pwede kadgan ang usa ka taw na relative sa incumbent... like atong butangan ug 6 years before makdagan balik ang relative sa incumbetn up to the fourth degree of consanguinity...
